Job Announcement: Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is seeking an attorney to work in its employment law group. Applicants must have a J.D. and a minimum of 2-3 years of solid experience in employment law. Candidates must have superior substantive knowledge of current Colorado and federal employment laws and have experience handling all aspects of an employment practice, including the following: EEOC practice and drafting position statements; drafting severance agreements, non-competition agreements, and employment agreements; discovery and motions practice; and strong legal research skills. Candidates should be able to work on an independent basis with minimal supervision. This is a non-partnership track position. Must be licensed in Colorado. We require excellent academic credentials and ability to work as a member of a team to deliver superior client service.
